OK so I am trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle. I am no longer consuming alcoholic beverages and I'm trying to be more active. While I'm confessing here, I also confess that jumping around my living room (a la P90X) was not for me.
I was out in San Francisco recently and was totally inspired by the athletically dressed and active lifestyle there. Stay tuned for a Thursday's wishlist ....
